Guided Practice

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) guided practices are provided to support you in your home practice as part of the MBSR program. If you have enrolled in the Intro course, look for those titles which begin with Foundations. Tracks which do not contain MBSR in the title, are not MBSR specific but may support you in developing your own tailored mindfulness practices.
