Even if you don’t practice mindfulness or meditation now, these short practices can begin to cultivate present moment awareness and you will be on your way to building mindfulness into your daily life.
Try these out for a couple weeks and then send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule your free 30 minute check-in via the Zoom.us conferencing platform or by phone. When the page appears which asks for payment info, just leave the section blank and click continue.
These short practices include training in relaxation and meditation methods as well as gentle stretching mindful movement exercises which you practice as appropriate to your abilities. I understand that if for any reason I am unable to, or think it unwise to engage in these techniques and exercises, I am under no obligation to engage in these techniques nor will I hold Nancy Boros, or any other instructor(s) or assistants liable for any injuries incurred from these exercises/practices. These exercises are designed to help me learn these skills appropriately and to never push beyond my capabilities. These practices are in no way a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy or counseling. I understand that it is my responsibility to talk with the teacher if I have health or mental health concerns, and when necessary I will seek appropriate treatment. By engaging with these practices I assume all risk for any physical or mental health consequences of participating in this Mindfulness program.
